The program twinning of schools aim to link the school from very different environment and backgrounds like schools of rural areas with the school of urban areas ,government schools with private schools and Higher Educational Institutes etc to enable interaction among the students and sharing experiences.
Capacity building:- Twinning and partnerships can help to strengthen the school staff and students involved through sharing or transfer of skills and knowledge aimed at bridging the gaps, facilitating dialogues and encouraging the understanding of customs and cultures through education.
Identifications of best practice: - Twinning and partnerships provide opportunities to identify idea approaches and techniques
Broadening of horizons: - Twinning and partnerships helps School staffs and learners to be more outward looking to understand local specific culture and to learn about strength and weakness.
Theme of programme:-Interaction and collaboration between partner schools/ Higher Educational Institutes through visits. Sharing of resources and best practices of each other’s as per local needs. Initiation of e -Twinning between the partner schools or institutes.
